3-Day Fix Policy

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

1. Courtesy Adjustment Policy

Elegant Lashes by Katie may offer a courtesy fix appointment when a qualifying lash service needs an adjustment within 3 calendar days of the original appointment. This policy is a courtesy offered by the salon and is not a refund, warranty, or guarantee of a specific result.

To be considered, you must contact us by text or phone and be available to attend the approved fix appointment within 3 calendar days of your original appointment. The fix must be coordinated and completed inside that 3-day window. Requests or appointments after the third calendar day do not qualify.

2. How to Request a Fix

Fix appointments cannot be booked online. You must text or call us at 657-334-9919 with your name, original appointment date, location, technician, and a brief description of the concern.

Online bookings made for a fix will be treated as regular paid appointments and do not qualify under this policy.

3. Same Technician Requirement

A qualifying fix must be scheduled and completed with the same technician you originally booked, subject to that technician's availability within the 3-day policy window. If the fix cannot be coordinated within 3 calendar days of the original appointment, it does not qualify under this policy.

4. One Fix Appointment Only

  • Only one fix appointment may be offered per qualifying original service.
  • If you miss, cancel late, or do not attend the fix appointment, no additional grace appointment will be provided.
  • If you remain unsatisfied after the fix appointment, no additional fix appointment is owed.

5. What Fixes Do Not Cover

Fix appointments are for qualifying adjustments to the original service. They do not apply to changing the style, length, curl, fullness, design, or look that was originally agreed upon at the appointment.

Fixes also do not apply to normal lash shedding, aftercare issues, sleeping habits, makeup or oil exposure, water or steam exposure, picking or pulling, outside product use, or any condition outside the salon's control.

6. Master Technician Appointments

Some master technicians do not offer the 3-Day Fix Guarantee, and booking a fix appointment with a master technician may not be possible. If you book with a master technician, please inspect your lashes carefully before leaving and speak with your technician on-site about any concern before the appointment ends.

7. No Refunds

The 3-Day Fix Policy does not create a refund right. All service sales are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for additional terms.

8. Allergic Reactions

Allergic reactions do not qualify for a refund. For qualifying allergic reactions, the salon may offer complimentary removal at its discretion. If you experience redness, swelling, itching, pain, or other symptoms, contact us promptly and seek medical attention when appropriate.
