Use Oil-Free Products
Avoid oil-based makeup removers or moisturizers around the eye area 24 hours before your appointment.
Shower Beforehand
Shower before your appointment if convenient. Ask your artist when you can shower, cleanse your lashes, and exercise afterward.
Eat and Hydrate
Have a meal beforehand and bring water. Full sets take 1h 10m–2h, depending on the service. Listed lash and brow services take 1h 10m–1h 20m, depending on the service.
Need to remove eye makeup when you arrive? We have makeup remover and wipes. Please come a few minutes early so cleanup does not take time away from your appointment or delay the next client.
How do I choose between natural, wispy, volume, and mega volume?
Choose Natural Set for softer everyday fullness, Wispy Wet Set for separated texture, Elegant Volume for a fuller balanced finish, and Mega Volume for the boldest density listed here.
