How to Prepare for Your Lash Appointment

  • Come With Clean Lashes: Please remove all eye makeup and mascara so your extensions can bond properly.
  • Use Oil-Free Products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers or moisturizers around the eye area 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Shower Beforehand: Take your shower before your appointment to avoid water contact for the first 24 hours after application.
  • Eat and Hydrate: Have a meal beforehand and bring water. Full sets take 1h 10m–2h, depending on the service. Listed lash and brow services take 1h 10m–1h 20m, depending on the service.
  • Need to remove eye makeup when you arrive? We have makeup remover and wipes. Please come a few minutes early so cleanup does not take time away from your appointment or delay the next client.
