Full sets usually take 1h 10m–2h, depending on the service. Refills are typically 1h, and removals take about 30m.

Volume fans are handmade and mapped to your eye shape during your appointment. We do not cut natural lashes during application or removal.

Our posted day-based guide helps you estimate the price. At least 40% of the extensions must remain, and your artist confirms the service after inspection.

How to Prepare for Your Lash Appointment

- Come With Clean Lashes: Please remove all eye makeup and mascara so your extensions can bond properly.
- Use Oil-Free Products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers or moisturizers around the eye area 24 hours before your appointment.
- Shower Beforehand: Take your shower before your appointment to avoid water contact for the first 24 hours after application.
- Eat and Hydrate: Have a meal beforehand and bring water. Full sets take 1h 10m–2h, depending on the service. Listed lash and brow services take 1h 10m–1h 20m, depending on the service.
- Need to remove eye makeup when you arrive? We have makeup remover and wipes. Please come a few minutes early so cleanup does not take time away from your appointment or delay the next client.
