Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 25, 2026
1. Services Are Non-Refundable
All lash extension, lash lift, removal, fill, and related beauty service sales at Elegant Lashes by Katie are final and non-refundable. By receiving a service, you acknowledge that individual results, retention, comfort, and preferences vary from person to person.
2. Fix Policy Is the Available Courtesy Remedy
When a qualifying lash service needs an adjustment, the salon's courtesy remedy is the posted 3-Day Fix Policy. A fix appointment, when offered, must be coordinated and completed within 3 calendar days of the original appointment and does not create a right to a refund, credit, transfer, or additional service.
3. Allergic Reactions
Allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, redness, swelling, itching, or discomfort do not qualify for a refund. Lash adhesives and products may affect clients differently, and clients are responsible for disclosing known allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, and relevant health information before service.
For qualifying allergic reactions, Elegant Lashes by Katie may offer complimentary removal at the salon's discretion. Complimentary removal is not a refund, does not include compensation for the original service, and may require timely contact and salon evaluation.
4. Style, Length, and Preference Changes
Refunds are not issued because a client changes their mind about a style, length, curl, fullness, design, or look that was originally discussed or approved. If you are unsure about a style, please speak with your technician before service begins and inspect your lashes before leaving.
5. Aftercare and Outside Factors
Refunds are not issued for retention or comfort concerns caused by aftercare, sleeping habits, makeup or oil exposure, water or steam exposure, picking or pulling, outside product use, natural lash shedding, or other factors outside the salon's control.
6. Contact
If you have a concern about a service, contact us promptly by text or phone. Fix-related requests must follow the deadlines and requirements in our 3-Day Fix Policy.
