Why We Don't Require a Lash Membership

Quick answer: Elegant Lashes By Katie does not offer or require a recurring lash membership. There is no monthly membership charge or credit to track. Returning clients use the posted day-based refill price guide, subject to the 40% remaining-lash requirement and the artist’s inspection.

Why use day-based refill pricing instead of a membership?

A fixed membership assumes every client needs the same service on the same schedule. Lash retention varies with the natural lash cycle, home care, lifestyle, and time since the last visit. Our guide prices the refill by the actual number of days since the previous appointment, without a recurring membership charge.

This is not a claim that every salon membership is a poor value. It is why our model is a better fit for the way we inspect and service lashes: the appointment is based on current retention, not on a subscription entitlement.

What are the current refill guide prices?

Prices shown here match the current service menu. Square remains the source of truth if the menu changes.

What does the 40% rule mean?

Fill prices follow the posted day-based guide and require at least 40% of the extensions to remain. Your lash artist will inspect your lashes and confirm the service and price. If fewer lashes remain, a full set may be needed.

The day count is a guide, not an automatic promise that an appointment qualifies as a refill. A client at day 10 with too few extensions remaining may need a full set; a technician must inspect the lashes before making that determination.

Do returning clients earn points or membership perks?

No. We do not currently advertise a recurring membership, loyalty-points program, referral discount, priority-booking tier, or membership-only service. Returning-client value comes from the day-based refill guide when the lashes qualify.

How do I see a refill opening?
